[Off Topic] The Most Important Thing No One Ever Told Us

We’ve all heard of someone with a deadly disease or injury, defying what modern medicine believed was possible, and actually healing themselves, completely!

We’ve all also heard of a tractor or some impossibly heavy thing falling on and pinning someone down. Then miraculously, some bystander suddenly gets endowed with superhuman strength, lifts the tractor up, just enough so that the life in peril can be saved. It’s a miracle!

And there’s actually a name for that one. It’s called “Hysterical Strength.” 

Which implies that it isn’t that our bodies suddenly getting flooded with adrenaline, and THAT is what gives us superhuman strength … as much as it is our minds literally forgetting our body’s own limitations. Allowing us to perform superhuman feats in times of an emergency. And amazingly doing it without causing great harm to ourselves.

My point being ….

Miraculous things that defy medicine and science, do for a fact happen with our bodies and minds. But what’s frustrating about that is that those miraculous results can’t be guaranteed or called upon at will. And aren’t always there when we need them, or want to study them.

But I’ve recently discovered another miraculous thing that our bodies and minds do, and have done throughout our lives. And even more miraculously … can be called on or summoned with ease. And in fact begins happening automatically no less … on a daily basis … throughout our entire lives!

Until that is ….

We all voluntarily shut this miraculous process down. As we’ve been advised to do (strangely) by both the food and medical industries. Who have both repeatedly INSISTED for our entire lives … that we must all put a stop to this miraculous, automatic, body-healing event … and do it for our own health and well being. 

Which seems kinda contrary to what our “caretakers” should be telling us.

So what the heck am I talking about here …?

I’m talking about the fact that our bodies transform themselves into a fat-burning, healing, rejuvenation machine – daily! Starting about twelve to fourteen hours after our last meal (last night.) And then ramp up hour-by-hour through the day … with even more miraculous “mind and body” healing miracles happening along the way.

It’s all but something straight out of a sci-fi movie!

Which happens, again, until … we “break the fast” and cram a donut, breakfast burrito, latte or whatever down our pie hole. Causing the burdensome “digestion process” to begin … and the miraculous healing, fat burning and rejuvenation machine to come to a screeching halt.

So why …?

Why would the very industries that are there to be our health providers and caretakers be so keen on us eating breakfast specifically … when they surely all know that skipping breakfast, and giving our bodies further time to heal would be doing most all of us a great deal of good?!

If I didn’t know any better ….

It’s almost like the Food, Medical and Drug industries prefer us all to be fat, sick and unhealthy. Just so they can all continue making countless BILLIONS off of our poor health and misfortune … year after year after year.

Because, let me tell ya ….

If the food, medical and drug industries could produce a pill that did all of these miraculous things for our minds and bodies … (and they’ve all tried and failed) … they could literally charge us any price they wanted.

But why bother ….?

Because ironically … our bodies and minds can heal themselves (to a degree. More is being learned all the time.) And make our bodies stronger, more resistant to disease, slimmer, and our minds sharper and smarter. All being done naturally, at zero cost.

Other than skipping breakfast and occasionally skipping a lunch now and then.

Some fast much longer. So far I’ve only done two 24 hour fasts, while skipping breakfast and an occasional lunch, six days a week. Sunday is free day! (And I’ve had INCREDIBLE results in just the first month!)

So anyway … now you get the gist of it.

And now, some of you, if you’re like me, are probably wondering why we all haven’t been hearing about the amazing benefits of “skipping meals” until now?

Bottom line: If you get nothing else from my video below … just remember that “Our bodies need a regular break from food. We need to give our bodies a break from non-stop eating and non-stop digestion. And sleep just isn’t enough time. This whole business of humans MUST HAVE THREE SQUARE MEALS A DAY, starting with a good breakfast just isn’t true. Our ancestors were lucky to get one meal a day. That’s the way it was for us humans for eons. And that’s how our bodies work best.
